How To Make A Breakfast Burrito

Making breakfast burritos is super quick and easy. Here’s how we make them:

  1. Heat a large sauté pan. Add bacon pieces to the hot pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Once bacon is finished cooking, remove ¾ of the bacon grease from the pan. Leave just enough bacon grease in the pan to sauté the onions/eggs (about a tablespoon) Add onions to the bacon grease and sauté for 3-5 minutes until slightly translucent.
  3. Add scrambled eggs to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Once eggs are cooked, stir in black beans so they warm from the residual heat.
  5. Crumble the bacon and assemble your burritos.
